Our Social sustainability strategy and activities are inspired by Corporate Shared Value (CSV) principles, focusing on education, mobility, volunteering and employee engagement, well-being and diversity. The company actively participates in both national and local initiatives and supports the local via the Škoda Auto Endowment Fund, proving dedication to sustainable business practices and community engagement.

We support our regions
Škoda Auto reflects its responsibility towards its employees, their families and people living in the regions of the Mladá Boleslav, Kvasiny and Vrchlabí plants, with which the Škoda brand has been associated for over 120 years. As part of our long-term efforts to develop these regions, we support healthcare, environmental protection, leisure activities, infrastructure and safety development, cultural and sports activities. In the future, the Škoda Auto Endowment Fund will serve as the primary conduit for local initiatives and assistance, while Škoda-branded projects will mostly be carried out in other countries and regions. The Škoda Auto Endowment Fund, established in 2018, aims to channel local activities and support for sustainable growth in the three aforementioned regions. Since 2021, The Fund has participated in the Donors' Forum and focuses on three program pillars: grant programs, strategic projects, and long-term philanthropic projects.
Mladá Boleslav
We are part of the Committee of the Mladá Boleslav City Council for cooperation with Škoda Auto a.s. and the District Chamber of Commerce. Our goal is effective cooperation between representatives of the public and business spheres for the development of the Mladá Boleslav region. We invest in the support of local projects and the long-term cooperation has resulted in the "New Boleslav Region" programme.
Kvasiny
The Kvasiny plant has a tradition of more than 80 years of car production and a bright future. Thanks to investments in modernisation and development, it is one of the technologically leading companies. Corporate social responsibility is one of its key activities and the projects implemented in the vicinity of the production plant and in the Rychnov region are a good proof of this.
Vrchlabí
The successful transformation to the production of automatic dual-clutch gearboxes brought significant investments and a long-term perspective for the plant's existence. We are one of the most modern in our field and we are also dedicated to the development of the Vrchlabí region, where we also cooperate with the Krkonoše National Park.
